Had a great experience with David and the technicians who took my bike in for repairs and full service through the online appointment system. The quick turn around for the parts and service really was the best and most of all they made my bike brand spanking new. Explained what was fixed, changed, and added to my bike. Awesome job guys! Friendly staff, great communication and some neat products. I wish the virus is gone so that the shopping experience can become easier with less restrictions (also life in general). The only downside was the lack of general/basic fitting; had to visit my local repair shop to adjust the seatpost/saddle to suit me better after looking at my pedalling position outside. I'm sensitive to all sorts of measurement tweaking in order to avoid knee/back injuries. But the shop was able to swap out the seatpost to a new one so I'm quite happy. I understand that the shop can be quite busy (I know they offer a fitting service).

Fantastic experience getting a bike that suits my needs. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I've been going to Urbane Cyclist for around 15 years for bikes (two), accessories and repairs and have always been impressed with their products and wonderful service. My most recent experience there, buying a new bike in October 2020, was as great as all of my past visits to Urbane; they're solid!

Bought my bike here a few months back, the few times I've had to have it fixed up (flat tire, gear shift not working) i dropped by and they fixed it quickly on the spot! they were quick fixes, but I really appreciated the friendliness of their team and how transparent they were. Always happy to stop by here because I know how welcoming the employees are. :) thanks !! y'all are great!
