I have been coming to this store since it opened. The staff are very friendly, they don't hound (no pun intended) you around the store and you're allowed to shop with your pet. They meet all my pet's needs and i love that they support animal charities.

This is a terrific store! We did dog-training classes for our two dogs here with trainer Dimitri B. He is an excellent and enthusiastic trainer with a lot of knowledge about dogs and a knack for explaining things. In addition, he made the classes fun. Teaching classes was difficult in the pandemic environment - social distancing by separating people into different aisles - but Dimitri rose to the challenge and ensured the classes were productive. I would definitely do pet-training classes with Dimitri again and recommend him to others. I also appreciate that the staff overall at Petsmart, including the greeter Andrea, is very friendly and helpful. This creates a positive environment.
