Friendly and knowledgeable staff(s) really knows what they are talking about. Valerie and Laura are as passionate to customers as you are to your pet(s). Honest, feel like zero bias reviews on product(s) when you ask about different selections. So much better than Petsmart.

Great store, but they should put a note on the door that exact change is required as during the pandemic no cash in the till. They would rather you use debit credit card, but cash will only be accepted if you have exact change.

Great staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and what they don’t have in stock they can order and will call when it arrives. Helped to find a food that was a good fit for my Oriental. Thank you.
