Professional, efficient, and caring group of health professionals and staff. A true multidisciplinary family health team with other HC professionals on staff like an OT, Nurse Practitioners, Dieticians, Diabetes educators, Chiropodists, Clinical Pharmacist. There is also a focus on prevention and chronic conditions management which should hopefully reduce the reliance on medication. We've been patients for over a decade and while we now live in Toronto, we continue to come here for our family health care needs. Comfortable waiting area. The online appointment booking system is convenient as well as emailed requisitions. Free parking right outside the entrance or behind the plaza.

The staff are friendly, upbeat, and run the front desk area with effectiveness. Very little wait time, which is nothing short of a miracle in a medical office.

I’ve been coming to MARKHAM FHT for over a decade and never had a bad experience. Just went to get the flu shot and the team did a great job. During COVID times, they made sure we kept a safe distance from each other and everyone was very friendly. From the moment we entered, we didn’t have to touch anything; all the doors were open and hand sanitizer available in every location. We set up an appointment online using their online portal. It was easy, fast, and they had all our info when we arrived. No one likes going to the doctors, but MARKHAM FHT makes the experience great.
