Leslieville Animal Hospital

I left a bad review a few days ago about Leslieville Animal Hospital but I want to share with you what Stephen, The owner of the clinic did. He personally reached out and genuinely apologize and asked me what he could do to fix the issue. But let me tell you something you won't hear to often in a review. He went WAY Beyond what you could expect from a business for customer service. Mistakes happens.. Sure but, what he did to fix it totally impressed me and he didn't have to do that much. That tells you a lot about he cares about his customers and this is what you wanna hear from a review. BRAVO Stephen and Leslieville Animal Hospital.

We took our new rescue pup here and it was great! We were a bit worried about how the process would work during covid but it was very safe and even though we weren't in the room we still felt able to discuss things at length over the phone with the veterinarian !

They're great! Always transparent about costs and never any surprises. I also appreciate the follow up calls post appointment to see how my little one is doing. Highly recommended!

I made another account (my name is Carrey) just so I could write a second review because they deserve it. Dr Avery & his staff are the absolute best and I am so happy I found this vet. I take my Italian greyhound Ernie here. Dr Avery is very patient and honest. He’s not just in it for the money, he actually cares about the animals & doesn't want to see you waste your money on unnecessary tests. I highly highly recommend this vet.
