Alex is the best Pharmacist you can find in town! Not only he is very helpful, quick and professional, he is also very accessible and organized. My prescriptions are always ready in time. He also communicates instructions effectively and helps me improve medication adherence. Follow up is very good, I feel this pharmacist truly cares about their customer. I definitely recommend this neighborhood Pharmacy! The best in Midtown!

Over the several years, which I have gone to Pharmasave Davisville, the customer service has been excellent, on every single occasion. Personable, knowledgeable and friendly, all staff, including Alex, deliver extremely high-quality customer service. I experience this impressive customer service every time I go to the pharmacy and I really appreciate it. From experience, I can say that when you use Pharmasave Davisville, you don’t have to wait long for your medication to be prepared. This is because the staff are efficient. While efficient, the pharmacists always take the time to listen to any questions or concerns you may have. Alex and the team are always cognizant of potential interactions, and always do their due-diligence, which makes me very comfortable going there. When you have staff like you do at Pharmasave Davisville, you don’t get the feeling of a big chain pharmacy like you do with Shoppers. I used to go to Shoppers, and I felt more like a customer and a number, as opposed to a patient. Instead, what you get at Pharmasave Davisville, is personable, timely, and truly stellar customer service. They’re just so pleasant and kind. I’ve also used Pharmasave Davisville’s walk in clinic on several occasions. On each of these occasions, I was either seen quickly, or - at minimum, in a reasonable amount of time. I’ve had exclusively good doctors there, and I really do appreciate both the pharmacy and the walk in - especially the pharmacy!
