Will you recommend this Gym in Markham ?
During Covid I needed some encouragement with at home training I had minimal equipment and a routine workout, I needed change. I reached out to Baku and signed up for his online training program. Truly amazing! I was provided with a personalized program, guidance with food and calories, daily check ins to keep me accountable and diligent, his passion for fitness and helping is shown by his teaching and encouragement on a sustainable and healthy lifestyle with the balance of food and exercise. This has been a truly amazing experience and has exceeded my expectations of online training.

What do you think about Gym services provided in Markham ?
Working with Stephen for 6 weeks, he taught me a lot about different technical aspects of many different lifts. He prioritized form and catered our sessions to optimize my function and fix imbalances in my body. He taught me a lot of things I didn't know before even though I've been working out for 2 years already. His knowledge and friendly demeanor made the sessions enjoyable and I looked forward to them every week. The gym itself is nice. It has all of the necessary equipment to get a full workout and is kept clean by the trainers. The environment and atmosphere are friendly and would definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Did you like your visit with this Gym in Markham ?
This gym is awesome! Has everything you need including bumper weights for Olympic lifting. Lots of sport specific equipment. A great range of dumbbell weights for beginners and more advanced lifters. Very clean gym and members puts their weights away on their designated rack so you know exactly where to find them. I don’t get personal training but it’s refreshing to see knowledgeable trainers that are actually engaged with their clients. Great gym, people and atmosphere! Highly recommended!

How did this Gym served you in Markham ?
Before I started working out here, I was constantly feeling sluggish and I just knew that I needed to make better changes to my routine. It has been less than 3 months since I started being trained by Steven (@stevie_yee) and I can already see and feel changes in my appearance, mood, and strength. Steven has taught me proper form, provides feedback, and pushes me to go past (what I think is) my limit -- while giving support and encouragement. He also very considerately modifies some exercises if a joint is feeling kinda wonky that day. So far my experience has been great! Steven is very friendly and professional and keeps me accountable (which was my biggest issue when I was working out alone in the past). I look forward to each session because I can feel myself getting stronger every week. I've always had a hard time losing weight because I never knew the science behind it. The knowledge and guidance that Steven and Baku (@bakugram) have provided has been very inspiring and keeps me motivated to reach my fitness goals. If you're looking for personal trainers who will give you results, these guys know what they're doing.

What could you say about Gym services provided in Markham ?
Great trainers with great energy. They will work with you based off of your goals, fitness background, and tailor your program based off of your specific needs. They're always looking out for you and keeping you accountable with nutrition as well. Stephen was great to work with over the last 12 weeks. In the beginning of the strength block, I was fresh out of working out in my garage for 6 months with light weights. My goal was to increase my deadlift and squat PR. In the beginning I was barely hitting 135lb and I felt like I could never go beyond that. At the end of it I could confidently hit about 170lb. Thanks Stephen for keeping me accountable, consistent, adjusting my form, filling in gaps of fitness knowledge, accommodating for my schedule weekly, and making me feel confident in lifting heavy!
