Will you recommend Structube a Furniture in North York ?

I've bought from them several times over the past couple of years and have generally been happy with the quality and style of everything. One item arrived damaged but they did the return no problem. The in-store associates have always been great. I do have to mark them down for a few reasons though: 1) nothing is ever in stock, so you'll be waiting a while for what you buy. With the strike at the port right now, the items I purchased in may (with an estimated delivery date of end of August) have now been pushed back to early Oct. I understand the strike isn't their doing, but the inventory levels to begin with are...maybe get better demand planners 2) they won't ship you anything from your order until the whole order is available, but they don't make that particularly clear anywhere. I don't understand why they can't ship you what's in stock and then later send you the other things. 3) they take your money when you place the order, not when it's fulfilled. This isn't a huge deal to me, but I know people with less room in their budget might have an issue with that, especially given the very long wait times to receive your product 4) this is the biggest issue for me...their website only features ''selected'' reviews. If you leave a negative review, it doesn't get posted. While it is called out on the website, I think it's a dishonest practice and can lead to people buying things that they may not have otherwise. You also can't leave reviews on their FB, and I can't find anywhere on Google to write one either. It's like they're trying to hide things from their customers.

What do you think about Structube a Furniture services provided in North York ?

Excellent collections and Mohammad (5233 yonge st, North York) at the store has been very kind, helpful and went on extra miles to find the product availability in another store for us. I wish every store has a sales person like him. Overall 5 star experience!
