My favourite go to place to buy daily wears. Friendly and helpful staff at this location, and they keep clothes well folded and stacked.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, organized store. Excellent customer service from being helped in the fitting room by two staff members and at the register with another.

Did you like your visit with Old Navy a Clothes Shoes in Richmond Hill ?
Very nice staff offered to help find sizes and I called right when they opened and they put a hold for a shirt that was low in stock. They had lots of sizes that fit me (30x32 pants) and small shirt sizes that I couldn't find at Eaton Centre. Lines were very manageable on labour day sunday weekend. I exchanged clothes for the right sizes and they didn't charge me extra for the shirt marked higher in price.
