I put 4|5 for Structube delivery following my order placed in this store, and not for the team, which is really very nice, who has very good communication and whom I do not want to penalize. I ordered a sofa and a coffee table in December for delivery in January. So far everything has been ok. But small (or big) downside: the sofa was delivered in the lobby of my building and not in front of my door, as I was guaranteed when I ordered in store, and my coffee table was not delivered at the same time as the sofa due to a supply problem. So I was asked to be patient ... which I did. And now that it's back in stock, I'm told if I want to be delivered I have to pay a $ 60 fee. I am alone and I don't have a car, I will have to fend for myself because I do not want to pay additional costs when I was entitled to free delivery given the amount of my original order. Structube, your customers are patient, but don't charge us for your supply and inventory problems.
