After having already bought a sofa, a table, I bought a shelving unit. When I took it out of the box, I noticed some damage probably occurred during the transport chain and a manufacturing defect. Called the store in Beauport and after agreement with the store team who understood our expectations, they finally proposed an exchange. Impeccable service in my case because the exchange was made by home delivery. So thank you to the entire Structube Beauport team and to the delivery people.
