I love my new table, and was impressed by the customer service, from start to finish (having dealt with about 5 different people throughout the whole process). They were extremely accommodating, and friendly. Just a tip that if you're picking up an online order, you do not need to go to the store within the mall. Go directly to the pickup warehouse in the north-east corner, behind Canadian Tire, you can park in the loading dock area, by the door labelled STRUCTUBE. 👍

We recently placed an order through the Structube on Lawrence. The sales associate, Amanda, went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. Her professionalism, knowledge of the project, and great personality made for a very easy and painless purchasing/ordering experience. She was quick to respond to any questions we had with our order and was always in touch with updates as to where our order was and when it would be delivered. She gave great advice on both the style of the pieces we chose and items that would compliment them well. A huge thank you to her for all her help with this.
