Amazing shop. I go in regularly to purchase merchendise. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Recently took my bike in for service, for the first time. The quality of the service was excellent! Strong recommendation.

What do you think about The Cyclery a Bicycle Shop services provided in Ottawa ?
Wonderful experience! I wanted to get ready for snowy Ottawa winters early and came in looking for new skate skis, poles, boots and bindings. Over my two visits I was assisted by numerous staff who were all very knowledgeable and attentive. They were able to find me the perfect setup to fit my needs. Shopping locally always feels like the right choice, but even more so when the service and selection is top notch! Cant wait to come back to the shop for my mountain bike tune-up in the Spring.

Did you like your visit with The Cyclery a Bicycle Shop in Ottawa ?
I purchased by gravel bike at the The Cyclery last summer then returned to get set up for my cross-country skies. Every visit has been a pleasure from getting accessories, bike tune ups, having my ski poles shortened...Their staff are knowledgeable and kind no matter your level.

How did The Cyclery this Bicycle Shop served you in Ottawa ?
Max was a great help! This is exactly what I would expect from shopping local and not online. One on one guided shopping experience from an experienced cyclist sales rep. I was able to find everything I was looking for and Max made great recommendations that really help with my decision making. Highly recommend :)
