I have to say this store is the BEST! It’s not just because of all the awesome baby items they sell and the fun events they host, its the AMAZING employees! This location opened when I was about 6 months pregnant and it has been our favorite store ever since! The people who work here are so kind, they always welcome us, they remember us, and ask how we are doing. They really care about their customers. Even when they are re-stocking or organizing something they notice me and are happy to stop and offer to help me find what I’m looking for, or answer all my of my questions, and if they don’t know the answer they will find another staff who does or even search for an answer online! The manager of this store is so friendly too! I see her there a lot, I know she works hard, and I can tell she cares about her employees. I am so grateful for BuyBuyBaby opening when it did, and for all the staff who have been so helpful in my dozens of shopping trips here, you have made such a difference in my journey of becoming a mom. This store is clean, organized, and has everything you could ever need for your little ones, but it’s the staff that make shopping here such a fun adventure. Thank you all for everything you do, your kindness is so appreciated!

Cannot speak highly enough about customer service at Wonderland store today. London Ontario Canada. Returned an item. Long story but excellent service! Staff at service desk beyond helpful and managerial staff great. They both went well above expectations! Thank you!

Staff always answers calls. However, they are not always able to answer questions related to products. Efficient curb-side pick-up!

I have a hard time going into some baby/kids stores and it overwhelming . When i walk into buybuybaby i feel calm and relaxed. They have so many great selections of car seat and strollers its crazy. I would go here 100000x more. Love it. And great deals

The staff here are incredibly nice and have always went above what would be expected. A clean store with a lot of unique items. I had purchased a baithing suit for my daughter online and the security tag was left on. I brought it into the store to have it removed, I wasn't upset at all and they still gave me a gift card for the hassle. Customer service is amazing!
