I am so surprised to see that other people had positive feedback about Dr Lyndon's staff. I do not know if I got Lilly on a very bad day, but she was extremely rude, kept speaking over me, ended up not addressing any questions. Why bother call back and not be responsive. I do not understand how this type of behaviour is acceptable for the office staff or any mature professional person. Update: I am bumping up to 4 starts from previous review of 1 after the visit. Despite how bad the receptionist is, the Dr. Mascarenhas himself is amazing and will do everything he can to help. He has an amazing bedside manner. This would be a full on 5 star review if not for Lilly. So if you can bare dealing with her non-sense, Dr. Mascarenhas is worth it!

They let me in when I urgently needed to get my medical test done. Super kind and generous. They handed me the proof they’re doing my medical so I could apply for my work permit right away. I came back to them to do my urine cause I was having my monthlies at the time. So they were extremely flexible.

Very friendly and warm staff, makes you feel comfortable and welcome.

My parents did their immigration medicals with this clinic and the receptionist, her name I think is Lily. She was very friendly, helpful and multi-tasking. This is a very busy place. I recommended you to READ properly the instruction for the process to avoid frustrations or delays with the process.
