Greg is the man. The Strength BOX is awesome, his approach is fun and inviting, and his vacations are insanely educational on everything from body, food, history, travel. etc. I highly recommend his trips to Greece with Travels By Nature. My wife and I went and it was by far our favorite vacation/holiday we have had hands down.

StrengthBox is AMAZING! Greg and all of his staff are incredibly gifted athletes, coaches and people. Having undergone some complicated hip surgeries years ago, I waded carefully back into the group fitness routine. It turns out Strengthbox was exactly what I needed: challenging but scale-able routines, attention-to-detail coaching, and a warm and positive workout environment. I highly recommend StrengthBox to anyone looking to improve their strength, mobility, and sense of community.

I've been a member since they opened 4 years ago. I love the atmosphere, the trainers, and the variety of the workouts. I always look forward to the days that I can go workout there, and have never been bored. Their emphasis on safety, proper techniques, and having fun keep me coming back. The classes are designed to be appropriate for newcomers (as I was at the beginning) but challenging enough for people of all fitness levels. I now love lifting heavy s**t, and my jeans haven't fit better in ages!!!

I've been going to Strengthbox for several years as I have been great friends with the owner Greg for sometime. He is well versed in all forms of training and I love how he incorporates mobility into the start of every workout. Greg also has a unique way of inspiring those he works with to reach their full potential while keeping in mind any limitations. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the east end.
