Gold's Gym Calgary Country Hills

i enjoy working out there. I was not very punctual but since i start my personal training sessions with Darrel, a lot has been improved. I am always excited to go cuz he has always something new for me. he pushes me to do do more every session. The level of patience he shows with me i admire that. I feel stronger and happier after every session. I think he is the best.

I highly recommend Gold's Country Hills, and am especially thankful to Dwayne Larson - the personal training director. He helped me out with a long standing issue. He took the time to listen to my concerns and investigate and address each and every one until we came to a mutual agreement on a way forward. Thanks to him, I am back to being 100% happy as a Gold's member. As for the gym itself, I have always found it to be clean, with friendly staff, and the pool and classes are the best! Thank you to Gold's and Dwayne, I will see you soon!

i highly recommend working out at this location. staff are very friendly and professional and lots of equipment to use. I would also like to commend my personal trainer Darrell for the amazing workout routines he provides and for going above and beyond when it comes to pushing me and making sure that the routines we do are done properly and are balanced. Most importantly, in just half of our sessions my wife and i are starting to notice results. kudos to Darrell and the gold's gym country hills team. keep up the good work!

Gold’s gym is a place that I have came to appreciate. The service is always amazing, customer service staff know me by my name, almost all the staff members I have interacted with are friendly, understanding and patient. I look forward to going in for my workouts, and the conversation I share with all the members of staff. The equipment is great as Gold’s has done a great job improving the club. I know everyone has an opinion but I believe service lever has improved over the years and since reopening the vibe at this location is 10 times better. New faces may have something to do with it and I do hope it stays that way. Customer inquiries have improved and seems like they have implemented in-house cancellations of which my friend reached out too and got a response same day. This was impressive to me because in the older days, it used to take a lifetime to get a response. Thank you Gold’s team for amazing work!!! Much appreciated. I love my Gold’s Gym family

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dwayne Larson the manager has always gone out of his way to help with anything we need at the gym. Our trainer Danielle has a lot of knowledge regarding strength training and fitness goals. The gym has all the equipment you would ever need and there's always room to workout, if not at one machine then at another for the same muscle group. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to workout.
